It should be stressed that the consultancy is not a dealership and indeed does not carry stock. The sole intention is to sell the item for as high a price as possible acting on a commission only basis. After initial inspection, a minimum reserve is discussed and agreed with the vendor. A receipt is provided for all consignments and the property is subsequently shown to appropiate buyers located in London or abroad to attain the correct market value. The highest offer achieved is then conveyed to the vendor for final approval and payment is made within a few days of acceptance.
